The Role
You will bring to the role your experience, passion in providing a high level of customer service and flexibility to work Monday to Sunday, especially over weekends and public holidays.
Are you a coffee connoisseur, with the ability to create memorable experiences time and time again, all with a big smile on your face?
Key Duties
- Utilise your solid understanding of coffee and grind adjustment to create a variety of coffees for our customers
- Engage with your customers and take coffee orders, ensuring each user is 100% satisfied
- Produce a high volume of coffees
- Maintain coffee stocks and ensure your space is clean
The Person
- We’re after experienced barista’s (true coffee connoisseurs) who are comfortable producing high-quality coffees, with speed! Latte art would be a bonus, as would barista qualifications
- Professional presentation – this is a front of house role and you will be the face of the company so immaculate presentation and grooming is essential
- You love working in a busy and fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with superior customer service skills
- Strong work ethic – happy to work on your own whilst also playing a key role in the team
